【Product features】

1. Its structure adopts the principle of eccentric tightening to achieve the purpose of tightening, adjusting, and closing through the transmission mechanism. 2. Bimetal is used for the hemispheres of the valve. Different alloys are surfaced on the base material, and the valve seat is also surfaced accordingly and specially treated. The sealing surface is combined into various types such as anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and high strength to meet the needs of different occasions.

3. The seal is tight and the delivery of harmful gases can reach zero leakage.

4. There is a compensation amount left in the valve core of the sealing pair. When the valve is worn out, it will be rotated a little bit when it is closed, which can be reliably sealed and extend the service life.In addition, the user unscrews the compression nut, and the valve seat is still available after adjustment or replacement, avoiding the disadvantages of the entire unit being scrapped after the valve seal fails.

Due to the selection of bimetal sealing pairs of different alloys (or combination balls) for surfacing, they can be used in wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and strictly sealed conditions.

2. Special valve for oil and chemical industry: specification DN40-1600.Suitable for crude oil, heavy oil and other types of oil products, weak corrosion in the chemical industry, two-phase mixed flow media

3. Special valve for gas: specification DN40-1600.Suitable for the transportation control of gas, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas

4. Special valve for slurry: specification DN40－1600.Suitable for industrial pipeline transportation with crystallization, precipitation or fouling of chemical reactions in liquid and solid two-phase mixed flow or liquid transportation 5. Special valve for pulverized coal ash: specification DN40－1600.Suitable for the control of power plants, hydraulic slag removal or gaseous pipelines
