【Product use】
Top-mounted ball valves are widely used in petroleum and natural gas pipelines, as well as in oil production, refining, petrochemical, chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, electric power, nuclear power, food and papermaking equipment.The top-mounted ball valve is easy to disassemble and quickly on the pipeline, and the maintenance is convenient and fast.When the valve fails on the pipeline and needs to be repaired, there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline. Just remove the middle Flange bolts and nuts, remove the valve cover and stem assembly from the valve body together, and then remove the ball and seat assembly.The sphere and valve seat can be repaired online.This kind of maintenance saves time and minimizes losses in production.

1.Integral valve body design, top-mounted trunnion fixed support, flange or butt welding structure.
2.The Inkonier corrugated spring moves the sealed metal valve seat to the ball, which has the function of two-way sealing of inlet and outlet.
3.Top-mounted design, as long as the valve cover is removed, repairs or replacement parts can be carried out, so that the system can be repaired online.
4.The manual top-mounted ball valve adopts a high-strength integral club structure to ensure the precise positioning of the ball.
5.The valve structure design can be a double cut-off discharge function DBB design and a double isolation discharge function DIB design.
